Hatco’s Electric Salamander is specially-designed for versatility in the kitchen with the capability to cook, grill, reheat, and keep food hot.

The plate detection feature activates the instant-on heating elements automatically when a food plate comes into contact with the plate detection bar. Removal of the food plate turns off the heating elements automatically, conserving energy and saving you money.

Heating elements are on only when a cook or hold cycle has been activated, eliminating residual heat in the kitchen environment. The HOLD function has eight programmable heat levels and is ideal for keeping food hot or for reheating food.

Hatco’s NEW energy efficient Flav-R-Savor® Portable Holding Cabinet will keep prepared foods at optimum serving temperatures for hours. The thermostatically controlled heat and humidity allows food to be prepared in advance of peak serving periods.

Available with one-door or pass-through, these units come standard with 4” (120 mm) diameter casters, seven sets of adjustable rack slides, and a 1 gallon (3.79-liter) capacity water chamber.

The Flav-R-Savor® Portable Holding Cabinet allows you to hold product longer while saving you money through increased energy efficiencies. It offers an electronic control with digital read out, temperature range of 80° - 200°F (20° - 93°C), and high efficiency humidity control.

Energy costs are reduced by utilizing Spot On® technology -- instant-on overhead elements that are off until a food product is placed on the shelf, compared to other heated merchandisers that stay on full power 100% of the time. Each shelf has multiple heat zones for maximum efficiency.

This warmer offers the convenience of self-serve and the efficiency of kitchen-to-server holding. Its side glass is hinged to the post, and can swing out for easy cleaning, while a magnetic catch holds the glass in place during standard use.

Hatco Drop-in Frost Tops keep prechilled beverages, snacks, hors d'oeuvres and side dishes cool and ready to serve.

The Hatco Frost Top units hold full size sheet pans and other flat-bottom serving containers, helping to keep food products cool and fresh. Available in one-, two- and three-pan slim configurations to best fit any buffet line.

For easy and flexible installation, the condensing unit may be rotated 90° or 180° (movable in some models). The electronic adjustable temperature control can be mounted to either side of the condensing unit or remotely up to four feet (1219mm) from the unit.

The new Drop-In Frost top is truly a unit for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Sturdy construction and easy clean-up while keeping things cool!

It's All Within Reach… Hatco's Slim HWBI-S Series

Hatco Insulated Slim Drop-In Heated Wells keep hot food at safe serving temperatures, with better quality construction, longer holding times, and more accurate temperatures.

Hatco's Slim Drop-In Wells are full-sized wells but placed lengthwise and grouped together in a modular fashion to provide customers with a complete steam table that has an easy reach regardless of the sneeze guards. This one modular unit also means easy installation with a clean integrated look for your buffet line.

Choose the number of wells, from 2 to 4 unit configurations, as well as voltage, fill control, and drain options. The Auto-fill option automatically fills and replenishes water without checking and maintaining. Individual or manifold drain options let you empty wells quickly and easily. Each well has its own individual control to regulate the temperature of each separate food offering.

Narrow LED Display Lights are Hatco's newest narrow-style that is ideal for installation in tight spaces, and where no heat is required. Providing a bright display area, the LED lighting is ideal above refrigerated product areas where an attractive glow is needed to enhance your food products. This lighting will deliver significant savings because of lower energy consumption, longer bulb lifetime and greater reliability.

The Narrow LED Display Lights are available in widths from 30" to 60" and are supplied with non-adjustable 1 1/2" angle brackets for under-shelf mounting.

Narrow Xenon Display Lights are Ideal for Illuminating Tight Spaces

Hatco's NLX Narrow Xenon Display Lights are ideal for tight spaces where food illumination is necessary.

The continuous housings, up to 72" (1829 mm) in width are available in Stainless Steel, seven Designer, six Gloss, and six Plated finishes to match any décor. The xenon lights are controlled by a toggle switch and each model comes with non-adjustable tubular stands which can match the Display Lights in Designer or Gloss finishes.

Each unit is ready for installation and includes a remote control enclosure.
