HWBI43 Commercial Steam Well
Hatco's HWBI43 Drop-In Modular/Ganged 4/3-Size Hot Food Well is an insulated full-sized steam well, grouped together in a modular fashion with better quality construction, which keeps hot foods at more accurate temperatures for longer periods of time.
- Designed so a single unit can hold four third-size food pans.
- Each well has its own individual thermostatic control for temperature regulation.
- 50% larger drain with flat screen simplifies cleaning and holds pans level.
- Includes a separate lighted On/Off rocker switch and temperature dial.
