Hatco's HGSM Heated Glass Shelf Modular features black ceramic glass to create uniform heat across the entire surface to hold hot food at safe-serving temperatures for longer without affecting product quality.
- Designed for short-term food holding.
- Modular design allows for great flexibility, for multiple units to be placed side-by-side and for easy cleaning and maintenance.
- Includes thermostatic controls with five temperature settings of 130°F, 150°F, 165°F, 185°F and 200° F (55°C, 65°C, 75°C, 85°C and 95°C).
