The HRDW-2U-1 Heated Rice Warming Drawer from Hatco uses a digital electronic temperature control to provide even heat throughout the holding cavity. All around insulation in this rice drawer warmer provides excellent energy efficiency, while keeping rice hot and at desired consistency for serving.
- Holds rice in the same pot it’s prepared in, reducing pan-to-pan transfer time and labor.
- Drawers accept Panasonic 23 cup rice pots with accessory Town 30 cup pot drawer adaptors available (pots and lids not available).
- Heavy duty drawers and robust telescopic drawer slides make pan removal easy and efficient.
- Includes stainless steel utensil well, utensil pan and adjustable t-stat with knob for optimal rice holding in top well.
