Ingredients:
- 4 oz. (113 g) cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. grated onions
- 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
- ½ tsp. Old Bay™ seasoning
- 2 oz. (57 g) shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. sliced chives
- ½ lb. (.23 kg) crabmeat, undrained
Instructions:
In a bowl, blend cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth. Mix in onion, horseradish, Old Bay seasoning, cheddar cheese and chives. Gently fold in crabmeat with juices. Place dip into a small baking dish.
Heat approximately 8 minutes at 350°F (177°C) in oven.
