Three Reasons to Register Your Hatco Equipment Right Now

Perhaps it hasn’t occurred to you yet, but if you haven’t registered your Hatco equipment, now’s the time. Product registration is worth valuable time and money, as it can yield a ton of perks. And what’s more? Registration is a piece of cake; It only takes a few quick minutes.

1. Super fast customer service

Should a question or an issue arise with your equipment, our already-speedy customer service will be even snappier if your products are registered. Reason being, our technical service representatives will be able to pull up your equipment information, contact information, and warranty details immediately. This enables us to route your call more efficiently, so we can dispatch service and deliver parts lickety-split.

2. Automatic warranty activation

Once you register your equipment, voilà! You automatically activate your warranty, which starts on the purchase date listed on the Hatco invoice. No additional steps are necessary to ensure product protection. But that’s not all. The early bird gets the worm — if you’re a dealer that registers their equipment within 90 days of purchase, we extend the allowed time for you to hold the inventory for three additional months. In other words, this gives you an additional three months (time is money!) to resell your equipment to your customers, while still providing them the benefit of a one-year warranty.

3. Insider information

We pride ourselves on knock-your-socks off customer service, and stellar communication is the cornerstone of that. Once you’re in our database, we can more easily provide you with the information you care about. Rest easy knowing you won’t miss any critical product updates or recommendations, safety information, and other relevant product communications. How do I register?

To complete your registration, you’ll need to provide your equipment serial number, contact information, and the purchase and installation date. Choose from one of three easy registration options.

  2. Scan the QR code on your equipment to submit the form via your mobile device.
  3. Contact customer service and provide the required information by calling (414)-671-6350.

If you need to register multiple pieces of equipment, option number one or two are ideal since you can register up to 24 pieces of equipment using a single form! Whether you’re registering one or 100 items, the process is streamlined and straightforward.
