The Drop-In Slim Ice Well is an ice-cooled, full-size unit - available with 1- to 4-pan configurations – that holds pre-chilled foods at safe-serving temperatures without any refrigeration or electrical components. Because the food pans are placed in a lengthwise, narrow grouping in the Drop-In Slim Ice Well, customers have an easy reach to the food products, even if it is protected with sneeze guards, making it the perfect choice for salad bars, cold buffets and chilled beverage bars. 

The Drop-In Slim Ice Well includes a variety of features that will prove to be beneficial for your foodservice operation. The IWB-S has a unique top angled bezel design that allows cold air to be circulated, effectively blanketing the ice inside the well. Optimal and environmentally-friendly insulation on the sides and bottom of the well provide even chilling from top to bottom and ensure better cold retention and cost savings. The Drop-In Slim Ice Well also has a larger 1” brass drain with a flat screen to simplify cleaning. 

A perforated false bottom accessory conveniently holds ice above the drain for ease of draining, while an optional Slant Kit gives the Drop-In Slim Ice Well a 5° tilt that provides easier access to and improved visibility of the food products. Additional accessories are available, as well.
