Milwaukee, WI (Feb. 1, 2019) – Hatco® Corporation is introducing the newest models of the patented Flav-R-Savor® Heated Air Curtain Cabinet, which effectively and safely keeps foods at ideal serving temperatures without the use of doors, giving customers easy access to fresh, hot products. 

Heated air at the front of the cabinet is forced downward, forming a “curtain”. The heated air is then drawn toward the rear of the cabinet, warming each shelf gently and evenly, which results in consistent, even temperatures to allow for longer quality holding times. The air temperature range of the cabinet is 70°F-175°F (21°C-79°C). 

The FS3HAC features removable shelves that can be installed slanted or horizontally, with removable sign holders on each. Balanced LED lighting showcases the food products inside and a Designer Black finish gives the cabinet a uniform and sleek look to complement any décor. The cabinet also includes easy-to-use digital controls, removable glass sides and a removable crumb tray for easy upkeep. The FS3HAC-3626 model has a flip-up rear door, while the FS3HAC-4226 model has removable sliding rear doors for easy cleaning.
