Hatco’s Rapide Cuisine® Built-In Induction Range Provides the Ultimate Cooking Surface
Milwaukee, WI (Dec. 12, 2016) – The Rapide Cuisine® Built-In Induction Range from Hatco® Corporation mounts flush with the countertop for a seamless look, while its unique Magnetic Power System (MPS) provides maximum cooking and holding power compared to other units.
The Rapide Cuisine is designed and built to handle the rigors and performance of commercial foodservice use with a durable black ceramic glass top, which has extra protection from grease and moisture due to its coated electronics.
The built-in range features an advanced programmable mode to create preset menu items for consistent cooking cycles – and quality product! – based on time and power (or temperature) controls; the standard operating mode uses power or temperature control. A USB port is included below the control panel for downloading system updates and adding other programmable modes.
The IRNG-PB1 models have many other features for your safety and convenience, including: an automatic shut-off to save on energy; Pan Sense Technology (PST), which allows the range to sense when a compatible pan is placed on top of the ceramic glass, thus activating the unit; and a high resolution color TFT display that communicates precise power, temperature and timer settings.
