Hatco’s Rapide Cuisine® Countertop Induction Range Is Unlike Any Other Induction Unit
Milwaukee, WI (May 18, 2016) – Take induction cooking to a new level with Hatco® Corporation’s Rapide Cuisine® Countertop Induction Range.
With a contemporary, low-profile design that is built to handle the rigors of both back-of-the-house and front-of-the-house applications, the Rapide Cuisine has a durable black ceramic glass top that is fully sealed with conformal coated boards to add extra protection against grease and moisture.
The countertop range is operable in two modes, standard and advanced. In standard mode, the unit is used via power or temperature control. In advanced mode, operators can program and store preset cooking profiles based on time and power (or temperature), making it ideal for repeatability and consistency. A USB port on the range allows for downloading system updates and adding new programmable modes.
Using a Magnetic Power System (MPS) that delivers the highest power in its class, the IRNG-PC1 models also include other helpful safety and convenience features, such as: an energy-saving automatic shut-off; Pan Sense Technology (PST), which uses compatible pan detection to activate the range only when a suitable pan is placed on top; and a high resolution color TFT display that shows precise power, temperature and timer settings.
