Hatco Rapide Cuisine® Heavy-Duty Induction Ranges Provide Extra Toughness

Milwaukee, WI (Jan. 5, 2017) – Hatco® Corporation is adding the Rapide Cuisine® Countertop Heavy-Duty Induction Range to its line of induction ranges for operators that need a unit to withstand more demanding cooking environments. 

Along with its Magnetic Power System (MPS) that delivers the highest power of any induction range out there, the heavy-duty Rapide Cuisine features extra side impact protection, a scratch-hiding cooktop surface for rigorous kitchen use and a durable, patterned black ceramic glass top that is fully sealed with conformal coated boards for extra protection against grease and moisture. 

Other standard features on the IRNG-HC1 models include: an energy-saving automatic shut-off to prevent overheating; Pan Sense Technology (PST) and compatible pan detection; and a high resolution TFT display that indicates precise power and time control. 

The Rapide Cuisine Countertop Heavy-Duty Induction Range also has a large control knob that is adaptive and adjusts to user input, as well as a USB port for downloading system updates.
