Milwaukee, WI (Feb. 7, 2019) – Hatco® Corporation has teamed up with Suntec Corporation to create Waffle Makers designed for continuous, everyday use in commercial kitchens, buffets and display cooking applications. 

Featuring an exclusive heating element design, which provides exceptional heat distribution throughout the entire cooking plate, the RWM makes evenly cooked and deliciously perfect waffles in minutes. Fast initial heat up time, excellent heat retention and recovery deliver high productivity and consistent results. 

With adjustable time and temperature, operators can easily 'dial in' the perfect cooking profile for their particular operation or use different batters to expand menu offerings. A simple push button control panel with an LED display shows timer, temperature and status information, while a beeper signals the end of a cooking cycle. 

The RWM includes a stainless steel frame, a removable drip pan for easy cleaning and cast aluminum cooking plates. Standard cooking plates deliver 7' (178 mm) diameter, ⅝' (16 mm) thick waffles; the Belgian-style cooking plates deliver 7' (178 mm), 1' (25 mm) thick waffles.
