Expand Holding Capabilities With Hatco’s Split Drawer Warmers

Milwaukee, WI (Apr. 19, 2018) – Hatco® Corporation’s Split Drawer Warmer is designed to keep a variety of low-profile foods hot and flavor-fresh for serving. 

Now available with the Split Drawer Warmer is an optional touchscreen control panel. The control panel allows for precise individual temperature settings for each drawer, and features an adjustable timer per drawer with both audio and visual alert to remind operators about the holding times set. 

The HDW-1R2, HDW-1.5R2 and HDW-2R2 include Hatco-exclusive nylon rollers for the heavy-duty drawers to easily slide in and out. Each warming drawer has a food pan, a recessed individual thermostatic control, a temperature monitor and a power On/Off switch. Optional adjustable vent slides are available for each drawer.
